We charge 50 CHF for a fully insured shipment, regardless of the destination. We ship with FEDEX or DHL and you will be notified once your parcel is shipped with your tracking number, in order to check your shipment status.
Shipping costs for bulk purchases must be agreed with our customer service.
All the procedure is automatic and no action from your side is required, moreover you can always count on our assistance at any time for any need.
All watches in stock are shipped within 24/48h after receipt of payment. For orders placed on weekends or during holidays, they will be processed the next working day.
The delivery time is between 1-5 days, depending from the final destination.
For watches “On order”, the approximate time is between 4 and 8 weeks.
As soon as the good leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number in order to follow your shipment.
Our shipping costs includes an insurance that covers 100% of the watch value.
Upon receipt of your order, please check that the package has no damage or that it hasn’t been opened .
In case of doubt, it is essential to mention “subject to unpacking” and to open the parcel at the carrier presence. All our packages are packed under video surveillance. If you receive a package that seems suspicious, it’s always best to err on the side of caution and refuse it.If not, your order will not be covered by our insurance. No claim will be taken into account
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within two weeks and get a full refund, no questions asked.
Your return must be delivered within 14 days. Returns received after this period will not be accepted unless agreed in advance with our customer service.
Watches must be returned with all original packaging and accessories. Items that have been worn or altered in any way will not be eligible for return or exchange.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
This policy ensures that returned items can be resold in their original condition.
Credit card processing fees will not be refunded if the payment was made by card and the payout has already been completed.
Duties and taxes paid upon importation of the watch cannot be refunded by us.
⚠️ The following conditions apply only in case of a voluntary return (change of mind):
Return shipping fees will be at your charge.
Original shipping costs are non‑refundable.
A 1% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
These conditions do not apply if the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, incorrect reference)
These watches are not in stock and must be specially sourced following your request.
Preordered watches are not eligible for return, unless there is an error on our part (wrong item).
Exceeding the indicative delivery time (4–8 weeks) is not a valid reason for cancellation or return, as delivery times are approximate and depend on the availability and response times of our suppliers.
Make a return request by email, including your order number.
After approval by our customer service, please return the watch in the condition you received it: never worn, and with the complete set (box, warranty card, booklet, stickers, etc.).
You may choose your preferred carrier. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method and keeping the tracking number. If needed, we can help you arrange shipping.
For preordered watches, returns are only possible if the error is ours. In such cases, we will cover return costs and organize the return with our carrier.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll send you a refund confirmation email.
We accept payments in EUR, USD, and HKD. Benefit from faster processing and lower fees by choosing a local transfer in your local currency.
You can pay your purchase in cash at our office (accepted EUR, CHF).
