People with permanent resident outside Switzerland and tourist.
TIME LIMIT FOR CUSTOMS APPROVAL
Starting on the day of purchase, you need to claim the VAT refund within 30 days.
HOW TO CLAIM YOUR VAT REFUND BACK?
1. At the checkout: Ask the Tax Free Form
Ask to our team for the Tax Free Form when you pick up your purchase at our office or we will send it to you by email if you pick up the watch in a Swiss Post Office (select "receiving letters and parcels" and "branch").
We will need a copy of your passport or ID card, we will fill the form with your details and the goods purchased then you will sign it.
Keep the Tax Free Form signed safe together with the original receipts.
2. At the airport or borders
When you’re about to leave Switzerland, find the customs to get a stamp. Present the following information:
- The Tax Free Forms filled and signed
- The original receipts
- Purchased goods
- Your passport or ID
- International travel ticket (at the rail station or airport)
- “Don’t check-in with the purchased goods before you have processed the VAT refund. The Customs might want to inspect your goods.”
3. Advise us when you’ll leave the country
Since that you'll have got your Tax Free form stamped, you will need to send it us in order to process your tax refund.
4. The payment
There are two ways to get your money back.
- You can choose for credit card (the percentage will depend on the value of the goods purchased)
- Bank transfer
