SHIPPING AND TAXES

  • SHIPPING COSTS
We charge 50 Chf for a fully insured shipment, regardless of the destination. We ship with FEDEX and you will be notified once your parcel is shipped with your tracking number, in order to check your shipment status.
Shipping costs for bulk purchases must be agreed with our customer service.

 

  • TAXES
All the charges (such as taxes, duties or VAT) are the sole responsibility of the customer and have to be paid when the watch clears customs in your Country.
Usually these fees are demanded prior to delivery and are collected by the courier or your local Custom Authority.
The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee.
The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods. 
All the procedure is automatic and no action from your side is required, moreover you can always count on our assistance at any time for any need.


  • SHIPPING TIME

All watches in stock are shipped within 24/48h after receipt of payment. For orders placed on weekends or during holidays, they will be processed the next working day.

The delivery time is between 1-5 days, depending from the final destination.
For watches "On order", the approximate time is between 4 and 8 weeks.


  • SHIPPING / DELIVERY / RECEIVING PROCEDURE

As soon as the good leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number in order to follow your shipment.

Our shipping costs include an insurance that covers 100% of the watch value.

Upon receipt of your order, please check that the package has no damage or that it hasn't been opened .
In case of doubt, it is essential to mention “subject to unpacking” and to open the parcel at the carrier presence. All our packages are packed under video surveillance. If you receive a package that seems suspicious, do not hesitate to refuse it.If not, your order will not be covered by our insurance. No claim will be taken into account.

PAYMENTS

You can pay in:

  1. Cash at the Office
  2. Credit Card (Visa Mastercard) both online (we will send you a link in order to make the payment) and at our office
  3. Bank transfer

You can pay with a cheap and fast local transfer from your Country and in your currency!!

Your payment information is processed securely.

We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information

RETURNS AND REFUND

  • 14 DAYS OF RETURN - MONEY BACK GUARANTEE 

If you are not satisfied by the item you have purchased, you can return back and to be refunded.

Please note that, your return must be delivered within 14 days. Returns received after this period will not be accepted unless agreed in advance with our customer service.
All return shipping fees will be at your charge.

Watches must be returned with all packaging and accessories. Items are not returnable if worn or altered

The refund will be made by the same payment means used for the purchase.

Please note: credit card processing fees will not be refunded if the payment was made by card and the payout has already been completed

Remember that duties and taxes paid when you have imported the watch, can't be refund by us.

This right of return does not apply to watches "On order" since it is a product that we do not have in stock and that we must find following your request. Exceeding the indicative time for this type of order (4 -8 weeks) is not a reason to cancel the order.

Purchases made in our showroom can not be exchanged or refunded.

In case of defective products (incomplete product or error of reference), we will organize the return product with our carrier.

 

 

  • HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS TO US

1) Make a request for return by email.

2) After validation by our customer service, please return the watch in the same condition as you received it: never worn with its complete set (box, warranty card, booklet, stickers ...)

3) You are free to choose the carrier of your choice. Nonetheless, we recommend to use a delivery service with tracking number, delivery receipt and insurance. If you do not have a transport solution, we can help you by proposing a solution with our carriers.

4) Once received, your return will be processed and you will receive an email confirmation with the details of the refund.

1. At the checkout: Ask the Tax Free Form 

Ask to our team for the Tax Free Form when you pick up your purchase at our office or we will send it to you by email if you pick up the watch in a Swiss Post Office (select "receiving letters and parcels" and "branch").

We will need a copy of your passport or ID card, we will fill the form with your details and the goods purchased then you will sign it.

Keep the Tax Free Form signed safe together with the original receipts.  

2. At the airport or borders

When you’re about to leave Switzerland, find the customs to get a stamp. Present the following information:

  • The original receipts
  • Purchased goods
  • Your passport or ID
  • International travel ticket (at the rail station or airport)

3. Advise us when you’ll leave the country

Since that you'll have got your Tax Free form stamped, you will need to send it us in order to process your tax refund.
